White Tea

Similar to green teas, white teas are non oxidized with mild, delicate character. Best brewed with water under a boil for 3-6 minutes white teas, brewed in this way, are low in caffeine. White teas vary in taste characteristics with obvious regional nuances. Early research indicates numerous potential health benefits, high EGCG content and immune system building properties.
