If you are experiencing difficulties
with our Shopping Cart
First, before we get into problems and solutions, we are glad to take your order, help with selections or make suggestions over the phone. Please call 1-800-832-1126.
Problem: I put items into my Shopping Cart. When I add addtional items or checkout, the original items are not there.
Background: Our shopping cart program uses a Session Cookie. The Session Cookie tells us know which Shopping Cart belongs to you. The Session Cookie on your computer may be turned on or off on your computer. If it is turned off, we can not identify which shopping cart is yours, hence the problem outlined above.
Solutions:
1. Call us at 1-800-832-1126 and we will be glad to take your order over the phone.
