I enjoy the fact that I can see the tea brewing and stop it at the color I want. I can get a lot of tea out of the 3 cup, so it will be awhile before I order mote tea.

It was exactly as I had pictured, and was very well made. Despite the fact that it's glass, it is a sturdy little pot. It's the perfect pot for brewing the flowering teas! I love the samples of flowering teas that came with the package too!

My first pot arrived broken in transit. After I contacted Teas, Inc. through the website, I received a response from Newman that night. A replacement was shipped the next day, no muss, no fuss, no questions asked. It arrived today in perfect condition, and I expect to be very happy with it (as I am with the similar brew mug). The pot is fine, but the customer service was exceptional.

This is just what I was looking for. A glass pot that makes more than 1 cup of tea at a time. The design is great and the glass infuser filters the tea leaves so your cup of tea is perfect. Dishwasher safe makes it easy to clean. Glad I ordered it.
