I am not much of a black tea drinker, but since it won an award, I asked for a sample. I drink mainly white tea and Oolongs, but not everyone that comes over to visit might like those so I want to have a variety. I wanted to find a good black quality tea to offer them. This is definitely it. I found the taste outstanding for a black tea and believe it to be award worthy.

very good tea for making iced tea. very refreshing and subtle taste. quite different than the indian black teas.

One of my favourite black teas. Nice and bold, but also very smooth. If overbrewed it can be bitter.
