The brew is barely golden and the aroma unassuming. The taste is that of a very light, flaky pastry that just melts on your tongue, leaving behind a delicate icing to envelop your taste buds in a warm embrace. After a few sips, your whole body feels lighter, wrapped in a cocoon of ultimate relaxation.

Bi Lo Chun Reserve is a very special tea – don’t deprive yourself of this amazing sensory experience.

This tea has a light, but definite taste that stays on the tongue. A plus for tea lovers.

One of my new favorites. (Saturday, June 06, 2009)

After reading the description I had to give this tea a try, and I'm extremely glad I did. Very light and sweet taste that coat's your tongue like a a great longjing. Perfect tea to unwind with. I find myself looking forward to the evening to brew a cup or two.

High quality. Light on astringency with a pop of sweetness in the aftertaste. For more, see my video review at Walker Tea Review

Vegetable-Stuffed Croissant (Sunday, March 22, 2009)
Reviewer: Jason

I looked for the "flaky pastry" taste and it was there strongly just as they'd promised. There is also a strong note in its aftertaste so that it tastes a lot like a croissant stuffed with asparagus. This flavor is delicate but not weak and surprisingly distinct for a green tea (I'd thought only Oolongs had such character.)

Not enough flavor (Sunday, December 07, 2008)

I didn't like this tea. Perhaps the flavor was too subtle for me. I tried making it stronger, but the effect was too bitter for me.
