Used for centuries in traditional chinese medicine as a means to balance qi, Chrysanthemum flower is known for its internal cooling properties that help to tonify and harmonize the body.

Bai Hao white silver needle
(yinzhen) tea is also thought to have significant cooling elements so the combination is a powerful tonic that may aid in relieving acid reflux and lowering internal heat in the body.

Understated, the mellow, earthy character is pleasing. You may also want to try our Chrysanthemum Blossom without the white silver needle tea for those times when caffeine just won't do.

My favorite White tea. This is a great tea not only for health benefits. It has a clean white tea flavor, not to light nut not to heavy.

Ok if you like "flowery" taste (Wednesday, July 21, 2010)

I definitely prefer the Bai Hao Silver Needle Organic and Cranes to this, though it's better than the honey. It has the good taste of the Bai Hao Silver Needle Organic but I'm not a huge fan to the Chrysanthemum/grassy taste. If you like that kind of stuff, then you'll probably love this. However, for the price, I'd rather get the Bai Hao Silver Needle Organic and Cranes.

A Happy Tea! (Friday, May 07, 2010)

This tastes like sunshine! So bright and sunny. Itís immediately uplifting. I imagine running through a meadow at springtime like Laura in Little House on the Prairie. Itís a beautiful day here (a strange but cool combination of sun with intermittent rains) and Iíve been feeling good today so this matches nicely. :)

Always a pleasure (Saturday, May 01, 2010)

Excellent, soothing white tea (Monday, March 15, 2010)

I came into this just expecting an almost medicinal white tea (which is what I bought it for-- my "heat qi" was rated too high). Instead, I found a very nice, mellow, delicious tea with just a tinge of grassiness and the Chrysanthemum flavor. Low caffeine makes it great for drinking at night.

yummy! (Saturday, January 16, 2010)

I love this tea its supper tasty. I haven't tried a lot of white tea but this is one of my new favorites. I like the mild clean taste. I also bought the plain Chrysanthemum flower tea nice before bed and after dinner.

Very delicate and tasty, however I find the relaxing blend to be a better delicacy and I prefer making myself a cup of that tea.
