Traditional Ti Kuan YinUser reviewsAverage customer review:
This is a medium bodied Oolong that is smooth with sweet undertones. I'm typically a fan of Oolongs with a floral flavor profile, but this was nice for a change. It was not overpowering.
This Oolong is the most elegant of any we carry. Its a constant among my customers, and I never loose recommending it. Has a lovely story that goes with it, and such a wonderful warming taste that is mellow and lasts forever.
I received a sample of this with another order. This is not a green overpowering floral Tie Kuan Yin. It is a complex, sweet, fruity smooth and a bit bold tea. I love it. I ordered more today!
Last seasons Ti Kuan Yin was great, this years is not as mellow, a little bolder, but just as great. The tea has a rich earthy body, with a texture of tastes that you dont find in any other Oolongs. One of the reasons I love Traditional Ti Kuan Yin is the subtle musky spice taste the leaf has, it can be too dominant sometimes, or very much missing. This Ti Kuan Yin is just perfect.
This tea is exactly what I was looking for. It is the perfect substitute for those who drink coffee to get kickstarted in the morning -- it is strong, it has a kick, and it is earthy and slightly bitter (in a good way.) This tea is perfect for winter. I LOVE it!
This is a very pretty tea with a delicious flavour. It has a hint of dried apricot to it that is makes it a nice 'desert tea.'
Today I enjoyed several teas (perhaps a bit too many as I'm still up). The kick from this tasty oolong was a nice surprise and I can't wait to have it in the morning. Ti Kuan Yin is fruity and slightly sweet. I'm enjoying it hot and can't wait to try it cold.
I absolutely love this oolong just about any time of the day! It's a good "get you going in the am" tea, and a good pick-me-up in the late afternoon; yet it's also got such a soothing, mellow, slightly fruity taste that it's relaxing as well. TungTing is still my favorite oolong iced, but this is a favorite made hot. |
