Great Oolong (Monday, April 15, 2013)

Teas Etc. gave me this as a sample. My favorite of all teas, are Oolongs. This one has a nice floral bouquet. I will definitely be buying a big bag of it on my next order.

I love oolongs, and Tung Ting is tops among them! Very nice mix of honeysuckle aromatics and gentle spicy flavor with almost no astringency.

Mmmm! (Saturday, October 23, 2010)

This is buttery and has notes that remind me of a milk oolong – that sweet, creamy, almost fruity taste. As it cools, there’s even a faint kettle corn like tastes.

Delicious oolong. Richer and sweeter than green tea. Good for after dinner with sweets.

I first tried this as a sample with one of my orders and was pleasantly surprised. Tastes somewhat of cinnamon. Very good after dinner.

Love at first taste (Saturday, July 24, 2010)

With my first sip Tung Ting became my favorite oolong. I've had other Jade oolongs but none that I enjoyed as much as this. It's good for multiple infusions and I think is reasonably priced for the quality.

Delightful (Thursday, July 15, 2010)

Received a sample of this when I recently ordered the Tea Traveler cup. I adore oolongs and generally prefer Formosas, but this is a fabulous tea! Lovely nose, smooth and refreshing taste, and delightful to watch brew in the transparent tea traveler. No loss of good flavor by sitting on the leaves and I was able to get a second cup--weaker, but still nice--from the same leaves. Back for more!

I love oolongs but Tung Ting is so..... deliciously rewarding! I agree with Dea. Its great hot or cold and when served cold it is immensely thirst quenching.

Wonderfully flavourful. This tea has an aromatic 'nose' as well that makes it a pleasure to drink.

Tung Ting makes lovely iced tea! (Tuesday, February 27, 2007)

Tung Ting is a great oolong, hot or cold. I first enjoyed it hot. For me, the smell is slightly fruity but not overpowering. Just a good smell I love to breathe in when brewing a cup of this marvelous tea! The taste is full bodied, a little sweet and REFRESHING! We tried it iced when we had some left over from a hot pot. Found out it's the MOST REFRESHING iced tea I've ever had!! It absolutely quenches thirst like nothing I've ever seen before. It retains its distinctive flavor and aroma when iced. Can you tell I love this tea? Try it yourself and see why.
