This is a wonderful tasting tea and it is all herbal! I made two large quantities (3 gallons and 5 gallons)for two social events. The tea was universally liked. I have enough left for a couple more tall glasses.

I'm probably not the best person to review this tea. Many years of chronic insomnia. If it relaxed me to the point of drowsiness, it would probably put someone else out.

This tea is a great combination of relaxation herbs and flavor. The lemon, rose and camomile create a nice balance of acid and sweetness (hides the flavor/smell of the valerian). I didn't think I would like the rose but that flavor is a real enhancement to this combination!

This tea has become a staple in my house. I struggled with some sleeping issues a few months back and started drinking these tea on a nightly basis - the issues are gone. I finally talked my insomniac husband into trying the tea and it's helped him tremendously as well. Not only does it do the job, but it tastes great! I haven't been able to find anything else like this on the market. Thanks, Beth. Another tea from teasetc.com that's at the top of my list.

At night before bedtime I always have a craving for something smooth and relaxing. Drinking a glass of wine will sometimes put me to sleep but then I will wake up in the middle of the night and toss and turn. I found that drinking a cup of this wonderful blend of herbs mixed with a little of the Organic Peppermint gives me the most relaxing and restful night.

This is my "Out-a-here" tea. After a difficult day at work and needing to wind down before going to bed I fix a mug of Organic Relaxation. The smooth taste and the wonderful fragrance calms my mind and body. An extra bonus is the empty mug (with retired tea-ball) leaves a great aroma on the bedside table as well.

This blend will relax you and has no after affect. It will easily allow you to feel relaxed and get to sleep and you will not have that drugged feeling when you awake. If you are nervous or tense or just had a hectic day, this blend will work fantastically.

The flavor is absolutely wonderful and lacks the bitter licorice flavor found in many relaxing blends. The Valerian Root is an instant stress reducer that allows a restful deep sleep.

WOW! This tea is amazing! I haven't even found melatonin to be as effective. This tea almost instantly calms you with it's fragrance. I would recommend this tea for anyone with mild sleeping issues. It's always stocked at my house

First I will say that for an herbal this is a very drinkable tea. However, I was jealous of those that stated they were of for the Land of Nod after only a few sips. I found that drinking the tea before bed was relaxing but not to the point of drowsy. For me it works better as a replacement for the afternoon cocktail you always want after a stressful day at work. Also, it is a bulky tea and a little bit gos a long way. My 8 oz bag is larger than the 16 oz I order of other teas.

If you have trouble falling asleep, this is the tea for you! I think I got four sips before I fell asleep. There should be a warning label on it, it works so well! And it tastes great.

The other reviews are definitely accurate. A few sips and you're totally relaxed and ready for dreamland. The taste is mild and it does the job of soothing you to sleep. I love it! It's cheaper and tastes better than sleeping pills and doesn't give you a hangover. It just relaxes you.

For a long time I have had a sleeping problem, I just get so worked up during the evening hours that I can't seem to wear myself down until 2 or even 3 am. I tried this tea as a sample pack and I absolutely LOVE IT. EVERY time I drink this tea (about 30 minutes before I want to go to be) I calm down so much that I am able to relax and fall asleep. My wife knew it was working when I went to be before her one night. This tea is amazing in taste, quality and it's sleep benefit properties... and it's cheaper than sleep aid medications!

I like to mix this tea with other teas . . .like the Grapefruit tea (a black tea). It's very soothing, but I find it too light and delicate to drink on its own.

I bought this tea as a gift for my mom. When I was visiting her she told me how amazing it was and how it knocks her socks off and puts her to bed. So that night we turned on a movie and made a batch, and let me tell you, I was LIGHTS OUT, PASSED OUT!!!! Great tea, with a great flavor too.

I tried this blend with a friend and it is the most relaxing tea I've ever tasted. I found my eyes beginning to droop within minutes. This is an excellent tea to wind down with at the end of the day.
