I would highly recommend this to people with stomach problems. Plus it tastes nice. One caution, for those with acid reflux...it has mint in it, which can be a trigger for acid and silent reflux.

When I received this my daughter had a stomach ache which isn't common. A half an hour after drinking it, she felt completely better. We both love the smell and taste with a little honey. yum!

I love peppermint teas but sometimes crave something more interesting. both lemon and peppermint are great for the throat and so thirst-quenching, so this is a great tea any time.

I just opened this tea yesterday. I'm typically not one for mixed teas, but this one tastes great. It's minty, earthy and made my tummy feel better.
