i love this tea pot! i love to actually see the tea and the glass is so beautiful. i use the glass cups along with this and it makes the perfect set to share with friends!

My first pot arrived broken in transit. After I contacted Teas, Inc. through the website, I received a response from Newman that night. A replacement was shipped the next day, no muss, no fuss, no questions asked. It arrived today in perfect condition, and I expect to be very happy with it (as I am with the similar brew mug). The pot is fine, but the customer service was exceptional.

The best and easiest brewing system I have ever used. Only it should come with a little brush to clean the inside of the spout

This is just what I was looking for. A glass pot that makes more than 1 cup of tea at a time. The design is great and the glass infuser filters the tea leaves so your cup of tea is perfect. Dishwasher safe makes it easy to clean. Glad I ordered it.
