Do I have to register or open an account?
Browsing the site
it is not necessary to register or open an account to browse the site, However if you register, you will be able to establish a Wish List that allows you to store products you may want to purchase or keep in mind for the future. It will also save you time at checkout.

How do you ship?
Simply put, we have found the most economical way (time and cost) to ship is by Priority Mail from the US Post Office. We also offer Federal Express for guaranteed shipping. Please click here for complete shipping information.
Is there sales tax?
Thanks to the patriots in Boston, Chestertown, Annapolis and other colonial seaports, there is not tax on tea. Teapots, brewing accessories and samplers are subject to sales tax in the State of Florida.
I have a gift certificate?
If you have a gift certificate, enter the gift certificate number on the first page of our easy three step checkout process and click Apply,

Gift certificates purchased online must be redeemed online.
Promotional Codes
How do I get a promotional code?
A promotional code entitles the customer to a discount, free shipping or other specials we offer from time to time. Most promotional code offers are made available through our monthly Teas Etc newsletter,(click here to subscribe, it is informative and free)
Where do I enter the promotional code?
If you have a valid promotional code, please entered it on the first page of our simple three step checkout process and make sure you click Apply Code.
The promotional code does not work
Unless the promotional code has expired, in which case you will get a notification telling you so, the problem occurs when the promotional code is entered, but the Apply Code button is not clicked.

Please re-enter the promotional code and click the Apply Code button. If the problem persists, please contact us.
What is your return policy?

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

I can not log in, what do I do?
  1. If you have forgotten your password, click here and we will send it to you via the e-mail address we have on file
  2. If you have ordered online with us in the past AND established an account, then the e-mail you used when checking out is the e-mail that your password is tied to. The e-mail address is Case Sensitive.
  3. If have ordered on the phone or in person but NEVER online, then you can establish an online account or just order.
I'm having trouble checking out
Our shopping cart program uses a Session Cookie. The Session Cookie tells us which Shopping Cart belongs to you and what is in your shopping cart.
  1. The Session Cookie on your computer may be turned on or off on your computer. If it is turned off, we can not identify which shopping cart is yours, hence one of the problems checking out. Click here to find out how to turn on your Session Cookie.
  2. The Session Cookie has a 30 minute life span. So if you loaded up your cart with product and walk away from your computer for more than 30 minutes, when you go to checkout, you will get a message that your shopping cart is empty.

Do you have a retail shop or tea room?
As to a tea room, we have trouble making ourselves lunch, so no we do not.
