We ship domestically and internationally.

We do everything possible to insure that you receive your order in the most economical and timely fashion available.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

You have several shipping options;

• United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail
• Generally 2-3 days in the continental United States, not a guaranteed delivery service
  
  
• Fedex Ground
• Depending on your location, this can take from 1 day (Florida) to 6 business days (Oregon)
  
  
• Fedex 2 Day
• Guaranteed 2 business day delivery by 7:00 pm. We must receive the order by 2.00 pm EST – order day does not count as part of 2 day delivery – available in Continental US.
  
  
• Fedex Standard Overnight
• Guaranteed delivery next business day by 4:00 pm in Continental US
  
  

Our shipping rates

• USPS and Fedex calculate shipping charges based on the delivery address (in the case of Fedex the type of address - residential or business) and weight of the package. We take the shipping cost and;
  
  
• We add the following charge for the shipping box, label and packaging materials;
• $0.75 for packages weighing 3 lbs. or less
• $1.00 for packages weighing more than 3 lbs.
  
  
• Additional charges for Fedex 2 Day and Overnight Service
• $4.00 per package courier fee

Savings Tip: Ship to a Fedex recognized business address and save.

Please verify that your address qualifies with Fedex.
If your address is a Fedex qualified business address, please check "Business Address" at checkout and save!

Free Shipping on orders of $75.00 or more

International Shipping

You have several shipping options

• Delivery times may run 3-10 days depending on the country
  
  
• Fedex Ground
• Currently available for shipments to Canada, 3 – 5 day delivery
  
  
• Fedex International Economy
• 2 – 3 day delivery, most countries
  
  

Mail and delivery time is based upon the final destination

• USPS and Fedex calculate shipping charges for based on the final destination and weight of the package.
  
  
• We add the following charge;
• $3.00 USD for packages weighing 3 lbs or less.
• $4.00 USD for packages weighing more than 3 lbs.
  
  
• Additional charges for Fedex 2 Day and Overnight Service
• $4.00 per package courier fee
  
  
• ALL customs charges, VAT tax or other duty charges imposed are the full responsibility of the recipient.
  
  
• The delivery times indicated do not account for any customs or regulatory delay. Such delays are beyond the control of Teas Etc., Inc and the Shipper
