Sales Coordinator - Inside Sales

Teas Etc, a vibrant, rapidly growing importer and distributor of specialty tea, seeks a “customer focused” individual to grow the sales from our exiting wholesale customer base.  This is an inside sales position, working directly with the CEO.

Job Description

  • Introducing and selling product to existing customers
  • Develop ongoing relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs
  • Qualifying and approving wholesale applications
  • Execution and follow up on marketing projects
  • Trade show planning and preparation
  • Maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM database

  • Has a commitment to develop strong product and industry knowledge
  • Is a good listener, follows directions and learns quickly
  • Has strong organizational skills
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Works well without supervision
  • Outgoing, upbeat personality

With These Skills

  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Good telephone skills
  • Computer literate – MS Office programs
