Production Manager
Teas Etc, a rapidly growing importer and distributor of specialty tea in
West Palm Beach seeks an organized, detail oriented, self-starter to fill a
full-time Supervisor position.
Job Description
- Manage manufacturing work orders, including production staging, updating
logs, and completing work orders
- Maintain compliance with various system plans and complete necessary
paperwork accurately and on a timely basis
- Manufacturing support, including printing package labels and packaging
product
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking shelves,
counting inventory, and picking product
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of manufacturing/production experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow directions
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed paperwork
- Self-motivated and work as part of a team
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without becoming
overwhelmed
- Confident and capable with computers, MS Word and Excel
- Ability to learn quickly
- Speak, read, and write English fluently, Spanish a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Maintain professional appearance & behavior at all times
These Qualifications are a Plus
- Experience in and Organic and/or Kosher certified facility
- Purchasing experience
- Experience with manufacturing and/or inventory software
- Spanish a plus
