Travel With Us To China

I am off to China on March 19th and will be visiting new gardens and provinces. Of course I will be in Dragon Well as well as Anhui and Fujian provinces visiting the growers and processing facilities, in search of the best teas of 2008. Travel with me by visiting my blog, where I will chronicle the trip.

Spring Plum Blossoms In Nanjing

Amy visited Nanjing last week and sent these beautiful images of the Plum Blossom trees. She attended a "clubs festival" where everyone comes out to greet the spring and view these beautiful trees.

Health Update

As reported on Foodconsumer.org Friday February 22, 2008, a study conducted at the National Neuroscience Institute in Singapore reported that drinking at least 23 cups of black tea a month may slash the risk of Parkinson's disease by 71%. Learn More.
