Do you offer a product guarantee?
Your satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you are not happy please let us know. We will find a resolution as quickly as possible.
How can I shop as a wholesale customer?

You must have a business that is licensed to resell goods or serve food. Just complete our wholesale application.  An active State Sales Tax ID or Resale Certificate Number is required. If you are unable to complete the application and feel you are eligible for wholesale status please contact our office at 800-832-1126.

What ordering options are available?

You can order online or by calling 800-832-1126. 

Is it safe ordering online?

When you place an online order, it is encrypted (scrambled) and transmitted via Norton Secured. We keep all you information safe, secure and private. We do not disclose any of your personal information to anyone for any reason.

When should I receive my order?

Delivery depends on the shipping method and where you are located. Orders are shipped no longer than 48 hours (in business days) after we have received them, often sooner.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.  In addition, if you have set up an account (not checked out as a guest) you will be able to access your account and the tracking information.

What should I do if my order is not correct?

From time to time we humans make mistakes.

Notify us immediately by email or phone (800-832-1126) if your shipment arrived incorrectly and we will fix it.  

Why don’t you accept consumables for return?
Tea is consumable and the equivalent of food. We cannot in good conscious accept any consumable back into our facility once it has left our care. We will never resell it. Utilizing resources, financial and environmental, does not make sense. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any consumable product please notify us and we will find a resolution.
How do I process a return?
Contact us immediately, no longer than 3 days of receipt of the order, so we know that there is a problem and can begin to work on a solution.
Where are you located?
We are located in beautiful, sunny South Florida. 
 
Our location is not a retail store. We are a manufacturer and request advance notice for visits, unless you are picking up an order.
